Winton Hog Brushes for Oil & Acrylic Colour
Winton Hog Brushes have been developed for use with Winton Oil Colour and can also be used with all other oils, alkyds and acrylic colours. The Winton Hog Brush range offers excellent quality at an affordable price.
Winton brushes are made from good quality Chinese hog bristles and are hand-set into seamless corrosion-resistant ferrules. The natural curve of the hog bristle produces a resilient brush which retains its ‘turned in' shape even after heavy use, allowing the artist more control and accuracy, whether painting with oils, alkyds or acrylics.
The solid wood handles have a green stained finish with five coats of lacquer which provide protection along with a smooth finish for ease of use.

University Brushes for Oil, Acrylic & Water Colour
University is a range of white synthetic general-purpose artists' brushes with distinctive red handles with white tips. These brushes are stiff enough to use with slightly more fluid oils and acrylics yet soft enough to use with water colours making University a genuine all-purpose range brush.
The polyester filaments in University brushes give smoother brush marks compared to hog hair making them excellent for fluid oils and acrylics with less visible brush strokes. The polyester also offers excellent spring and head shape retention and will last a considerable length of time if properly cared for. The handles are finished in five coats of lacquer to protect the natural wood from swelling in use and to prevent any solvents from penetrating the wood.

Cotman Water Colour Brushes
Cotman brushes are a range of pure synthetic water colour brushes of the highest quality. They were the first complete range of synthetic brushes to be developed by Winsor & Newton.
The secret of the Cotman brush lies in the fibers. By blending fibers of differing thicknesses, they are blended to achieve the three most important qualities sought after by artists. The thicker fibers contribute strength and spring whilst the thinner fibers improve colour carrying capacity, which have recently been improved by 50%. Together they retain a perfect point, time after time.
Cotman brush handles are specifically designed to provide balance and comfort when painting, the ferrules are made from high quality nickel-plated brass which helps to prevent corrosion, clogging of hair and enables easy cleaning. Van Gogh H2Oil Colour Paint is an oil paint with very special properties. It has a short drying time and can be thinned with water. It is no longer necessary to use turpentine or white spirit. As a result H2Oil colour is very easy to use and is also environmentally friendly. Everyone loves this stuff!
Golden Acrylic Artist Color Paint are100% acrylic, smooth, thick colors are offered in a large assortment of unique pure pigments. There are no fillers, extenders, opacifiers, toners or dyes added. Golden Acrylics render excellent permanency and light-fastness. Each color is formulated differently depending on the nature of the pigment.
